Platform enhancements
Fugro collaboration results in Compas integration
C Teleport has successfully integrated with Compas, a premier crew management tool, enhancing travel management for Fugro. This integration automates complex booking processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides real-time updates, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and flexibility in integrating with key crewing platforms. New booking export feature in the booking archive
We are excited to announce the release of our new booking export feature. As part of our recently completed rollout of the common booking archive, this new feature allows easy export of large datasets and includes a highly requested date range selection feature.
You can now easily export bookings from specific time periods without performance issues.
Redesigned e-tickets attached to confirmation emails
When making a booking on C Teleport, you now automatically receive your e-tickets as an attachment in the booking confirmation emails, giving you all the essential information in one go. What’s more, the e-tickets have been redesigned to show flight itinerary information in a clearer format, better aligning with the flight details side panel. We’ve also added useful improvements, like the ability to copy & paste locators and ticket numbers for easier online check-in.
Be the first to load your negotiated hotel rates on C Teleport
We are excited to announce that you can now easily access your negotiated hotel rates on C Teleport. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we need your help to test this new feature. New map features for hotel bookings
We’ve upgraded our hotel booking maps! The updated maps now include enhanced hotel clustering for easier navigation, familiar colours and highlighting important locations. Hotel pins show minimum prices, streamlining your search process.
Additional features like map enlargement, zoom buttons, and Points of Interest (POI) search functionality have been added. Check out a quick demo or read more about it here.
Improved data management for travellers
This month, we’ve taken major steps towards boosting data manageability and privacy for our users. This showcases our commitment to integrity and consistency and is part of our ongoing effort to enhance your experience and data protection. Coming soon, we’ll introduce an admin interface that allows you to manage traveller profiles directly, making it easier to add or update information without our support.
