With these product updates, C Teleport users can now set booking window rules, book hotels from the mobile app, add KTN and Redress numbers, and more.
📅 Booking window policy
Booking too early can create scheduling uncertainty. Booking too late can lead to higher fares and avoidable hotel costs.
You can now set booking window rules directly in the admin portal. Define how far in advance flights and hotel stays can be booked — for example, no more than 3 months before departure or no less than 7 days before departure. You can also decide whether out-of-policy bookings should be blocked or sent for approval.
The policy is applied automatically, helping your team control travel spend without adding manual checks.

📱Hotels are available on mobile
You can now search for and book hotels directly in the app, making trip management even easier on the go.

🇺🇸 KTN & Redress Number for US flights
Travellers can now add their Known Traveller Number (KTN) and Redress Number during checkout when booking itineraries that include US airports.
This helps TSA PreCheck members receive expedited security screening and allows travellers with Redress Numbers to avoid unnecessary watchlist screening delays.
✈️ Fewer steps to book positioning travel with Leon
If your team uses Leon, positioning requests for flights and hotels can now flow directly into C Teleport without creating placeholder activities.
Once travel is booked, the booking details are automatically sent back to Leon, reducing manual work and keeping both systems up to date.
