This release brings more crew travel into one workflow. You can now book return journeys for groups, apply more precise hotel rules, track adoption, and report with ICAO airport codes.

Here’s what’s new.

✈️ Book outbound and return flights for a whole crew in one go

The new Team trip flow lets you book up to ten travellers across multiple routes, including their return journeys.

When you start from a travel request, arrival and return dates are pre-filled, so you confirm the details instead of entering them again.

It works for crew changes and other teams travelling on the same duty or assignment pattern, including maritime crew rotations and aircrew assignments.

The Team trip tab is available for aviation and maritime customers. Contact teamcs@cteleport.com or your Customer Success Manager to enable it for your team.

✅ Add approvals to hotel bookings

Hotel bookings now support approval workflows alongside existing block and allow rules.

Set the hotel policy the same way as for flights. Bookings within policy are processed immediately, while bookings that require approval are routed to the appropriate person first.

Your negotiated corporate rates still apply.

🏨 Keep specific hotels and room types out of search

You can now exclude specific hotels or room categories from your company’s hotel search results.

Add the rule to your hotel travel policy, and the property or room type will stop appearing for travellers. You can see and update these rules yourself whenever contracts or preferences change.

📊 See how your team is using C Teleport

A new adoption overview brings key usage metrics into one place, including a Trends & Performance view for selected users.

See flight and hotel bookings, checkout autocomplete rate, last activity and status over a rolling 28-day period. This helps you spot who is actively using C Teleport, who has gone quiet and where extra training may help.

If you manage multiple entities under one account, you can switch between them.

🛫 Add ICAO airport codes to your flight reporting

The Reporting API now returns ICAO airport codes alongside existing IATA codes.

New in C Teleport: Team Trip & Hotel Approvals

Both appear on the same records, so aviation teams can group, filter and reconcile reports using the codes their operations already rely on, including airfields without IATA codes.

Existing reports do not change.

→ Available now in the Reporting API. If someone else manages your reporting integration, ask them to include the ICAO field.

🚩 Flag missing flights or better fares

If you found a cheaper fare somewhere else, or if the flight you are looking for is missing, flag it right in the search.

We’ll help in two steps: first, our support team can try to book the flight directly on the airline’s website if it isn’t available in the app. Then, we will research the issue further and negotiate better content for future bookings.

🔗 Bring crew data from Mintra straight into C Teleport

C Teleport now integrates with Mintra’s OCS® HR system, helping maritime teams reduce manual data entry when booking crew travel.

Now, search details and traveller information can be pre-filled in C Teleport using up-to-date operational data from Mintra. That means fewer details to enter manually and a more efficient way to manage travel, tickets and documentation.
