Platform enhancements
Common booking archive
We are excited to announce the rollout of the new Booking Archive on C Teleport over the next 2–3 weeks. The archive will enable you to easily find both hotel and flight bookings, with the added convenience of having them linked together.
This is especially convenient when making changes and cancellations as you no longer need to remember which bookings are related. The archive does that for you.
Additionally, we’ve optimised the performance, especially for large data sets, and improved the search functionality for hotel bookings.
Travel policies
Do you feel in control of your travel budget?
C Teleport’s budget control features ensure that travel planners comply with your company’s travel guidelines while providing them with flexibility within set boundaries. Whether it’s about cost, selecting preferred airlines, or ensuring that you always book changeable flights, all is possible.
Customise travel policies to suit your organisation’s needs, assign bookings to specific approvers for a streamlined process and manage approvals conveniently via our web and mobile apps.

Booking error rates have dropped from 9% to 5.3%!
Thanks to the collaborative efforts of our search and booking teams, we have significantly reduced booking errors, providing you with a more reliable booking experience. This nearly 50% reduction ensures that our customers can book with greater confidence and fewer disruptions.
Improved mixed fare family display
We have improved the display of fare families for routes with multiple categories. Now, fare families for all segments are visible in search results, making it easier for you to choose the best options.
Currently in the works
Enhanced notifications
We are excited to introduce several enhancements to our notification system in the upcoming quarter:
- Traveller notifications: A highly requested feature, including email notifications for when a booking is created and a ticket is issued, sent to both travellers and bookers.
- Approval notifications: Enhanced email and push notifications for booking approval requests, helping you meet deadlines more efficiently.
