Our new “Refresh your results” feature prevents you from trying to book expired tickets, after leaving your screen idle for more than 30 minutes.

In a perfect world you would start a task, work on it with full focus, and finish it uninterrupted. But no such world exists in the fast-paced working environment of a modern shipping company. If you are a crew manager, you know very well that multitasking is part of your daily routine at work. Very often you start a task, but need to attend to an emergency first, before returning to that task to finish. 

In the process of booking seaman flights for your crew, this may cause further difficulties. Because search results in our platform are live, ticket availability can change any moment. But even if a ticket is still available, it may be that its price has changes. In other words, even if you leave your booking screen idle for 30 minutes, your search results might not be accurate any more.

To prevent you from trying to book expired tickets, we added the “Refresh your results” feature to our platform. Whenever you leave your search screen unattended for 30 minutes or longer, our system will ask you to refresh your results to see the latest prices and updated availability.
