Flight Platform improvements
Introduction of Fare Families
In our pursuit to provide you with detailed and transparent booking information, we’ve introduced Fare Families on the Flight Platform. Now visible during the booking process—and soon to be extended to existing bookings—Fare Families offer a clear understanding of what’s included in a fare. Whether it’s priority boarding, meals, or luggage allowances, you’ll have all the details at your fingertips for Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) and our NDC airlines. Fare Families are visible in the search results, flight details, and throughout the checkout flow.
New air content
C Teleport’s Flight Platform now boasts an even broader selection of air content, thanks to the addition of fares from an array of distinguished airlines. This expansion ensures you have access to a wider variety of flight options, catering to diverse travel needs and preferences. The following airlines have now been added:
- AeroItalia
- Aeroregional
- Flydubai
- Hainan Airlines
- Magnicharters
- Nesma Airlines
- RUTACA Airlines
- Uzbekistan Airways
- Viva Aerobus
Add extra baggage, via mobile!
Our mobile app now offers the ability to add extra baggage during the checkout process, a feature highly anticipated by our users. Whether it’s adjusting baggage weight or adding additional pieces, these modifications can be made directly on the booking details page. All changes are clearly displayed on both the Summary and Booked tabs, ensuring you have all the necessary information at your fingertips. This update streamlines the booking process, making it even more convenient to tailor your travel plans while on the move.
Hotel Platform upgrades
Leon Software integration for hotel bookings
We’re excited to share that C Teleport’s Hotel Platform now integrates with Leon Software, making it more straightforward for Leon Software users to arrange hotel accommodations for their crew members. With features such as personalised recommendations, single-click booking, smart itinerary analysis and the automatic synchronisation of passenger details, arranging crew accommodations becomes an easy and error-free process. Enhanced transparency in hotel cancellations
We’ve made a significant update to improve transparency around hotel cancellations. Previously, when cancelling a hotel booking, users were met with a ‘To be calculated’ message, leaving uncertainty around refund amounts and potential cancellation fees. Now, we’re providing immediate clarity: at the point of cancellation, you’ll see the exact refund amount and any applicable cancellation fees, especially useful for late cancellations.
