1. Organizer

This giveaway is organised by C Teleport B.V., located in the Netherlands.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to companies that book crew travel in maritime or similar industries.

Individuals must be 18 years or older and legally authorised to represent their company.

Only one entry per company is allowed.

Employees of C Teleport and their family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

Participants must submit the form between 12-14 March 2025.

By 21st March 2025, C Teleport will review all submissions and invite eligible participants for a demo of the platform.

To remain eligible for the prize, participants must attend a demo by 11th April 2025.

The giveaway is free to enter, and no purchase is required.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

Two winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants who completed a demo.

The winners will be notified via email by 18th April 2025.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, C Teleport reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. Prize Details & Redemption

Each winner will receive a €500 discount on their first booking with C Teleport.

The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The credit must be used within 1 month of the winner receiving the credit credentials.

To access the platform and redeem the credit, winners must sign up for the C Teleport agreement.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal and company data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

C Teleport will only use participant data for:

• Verifying eligibility
• Contacting winners
• Inviting eligible participants for a demo
• Sending relevant marketing updates (unsubscribing from communications is possible at any time)

Participants can request data deletion at any time by contacting C Teleport.

7. General Conditions

C Teleport reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Any disputes related to the giveaway will be handled under Dutch law.

C Teleport’s eligibility and winner selection decisions are final and cannot be contested.
