Introducing: traveler & approval notifications
Recently, we’ve made some updates to enhance the user experience further. Here’s what’s new.
Traveller notifications:
C Teleport now provides email notifications to travellers for when a booking is created or cancelled.
This is a real time-saver! Bookers no longer need to contact travellers themselves, as email notifications are sent to them directly.
Approval notifications:
Email and push notifications for booking approvals now indicate the time available for approvers to respond before a flight fare expires.
These notifications help travel planners meet deadlines more efficiently, allowing them to manage approvals with greater ease.

Wider range of notifications
We are in the process of expanding our notifications. They will soon cover more travel services such as hotels, trains, rental cars, and other extras.
Cancellation alerts
Bookers will be notified several days before the cancellation deadline, ensuring they can cancel flights for free and reduce the risk of missing the cancellation window.
More ways to stay informed
In addition to email and push notifications, travel planners will soon be able to receive notifications via SMS, chat apps, and third-party services.
Customizable notifications
Users will be able to tailor notifications to their needs, selecting the triggers, recipients, content, and delivery methods that work best for them and their crew. To make this even easier, we are developing a self-service admin interface that gives users greater control and flexibility in managing their notifications.

Our long-term goal is to ensure users can easily configure custom notifications based on any type of event, such as booking confirmations, ticket issuances, and payments.
