Booking updates

Traveller contact fields are now mandatory. Starting November 1, you’ll need to provide a traveller’s email address at checkout. This change reflects new airline requirements for passenger contact information on all bookings.

Expanded access to marine, energy & air crew fares

We continue to expand our crew fare offerings to support marine, energy, and air crew travel programmes. The following airlines have joined our growing list:

  • Marine fares: 7 new airlines added (Malaysia Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Air New Zealand, Oman Air, Air Burundi, Surinam Airways, JALways → 94 total airlines
  • Energy fares: 6 new airlines added (Air Guinea, Virgin Atlantic, Oman Air, Air New Zealand, Malaysia Airlines, Juneyao Airlines) → 49 total airlines
  • Air crew fares: 5 new airlines added (Saudia, Croatia Airlines, Air India, Virgin Atlantic, Aeromexico) → 20 total airlines

Hotel travel policies

Take control of accommodation spend with new hotel policy settings. You can now set restrictions and hide non-compliant options based on:

  • Price per night thresholds
  • Country restrictions
  • Breakfast inclusion requirements

Mobile app enhancements

With C Teleport’s latest mobile app update, travellers have more autonomy and convenience. They can book their own flights with the new self-booker role, and add airline loyalty numbers to earn points and rewards across all eligible bookings.
