More information is often necessary to keep with each booking, such as the cost center, the reason for travel, etc. Thanks to this new feature, C Teleport can now support the creation of tailor-made custom fields.
Among the key elements of successful crew management is allocating the cost of flights to the right customer, principal or tenant. Therefore, depending on each company’s internal processes, there might be a need for specific information to be kept with every booking.
Such specific information required might include details as the cost-center, reason for travel, or other vessel details. This information can later be used for accounting and (cost) management purposes. This makes it easier for crew managers to submit all necessary information that helps their accounting colleagues to correctly administrate the cost of individual tickets.
In order to facilitate this process, C Teleport now supports the creation of custom fields that store additional information with every booking. Tailor-made custom fields can be configured for each company, depending on each company’s specific needs. The one-time setup process of creating and configuring the custom fields is done by C Teleport for their customers; the users of the C Teleport platform don’t have to do any additional work.
