Our latest update will save you time and stress, see until what date and time the ticket is fully refundable and, in case of a “Paid refund” ticket, when will you be able to still pay a fee to cancel.
Nobody likes going through the tedious task of reading the entire airline policies when you need to cancel a flight. On top of everything, the stress of a last-minute change on your crew planning and waiting for your travel agent to email you back doesn’t make it any easier.
Our latest update will save you time and stress, and what’s best, it will help you make better decisions from the moment of booking your crew’s flights. We just released the cancellation timeline for every ticket in our platform.
How does it work?
It’s simple. When you’re searching for your ticket you will see in blue letters next to a green, yellow or red dot, whether the ticket is fully refundable, paid refund or non-refundable.
When you click on the blue text, a pop-up will appear with the simplified airline rules. You will be able to see until what date and time the ticket is fully refundable and, in case of a “Paid refund” ticket, when will you be able to still pay a fee to cancel. If the ticket “expires” you won’t be able to get a refund anymore.
C Teleport does the job for you, but if you would still like to double-check or you have some time to spare, you can find the airline rules in the left side of the pop-up where it says “Fare rules”. Just click “Other” and you will be able to read through the sections.
Free cancellation period in all flights
All the tickets in C Teleport have a “Fully refundable” period, even when they’re non-refundable. The date and time of “free cancellation” are displayed on the timeline, or just before you finalize your booking.
