In the late 2000s, I began my career in UI designing for DTMF handsets for models like Samsung, LG and Kyocera corporation in my company. Gradually I moved from small screens to bigger screens working on Crestron’s Control Panel for home automation. User Experience was never a digital thing. It was more of feel-good factor.

Things moved on, years passed, User Experience evolution changed more from Product centric to Human-Centric.

We are now in 2020, but almost a year back, I unknowingly began with my first and only UX research at an event for a real estate company. We had a peculiar observation on show flats available on the project site. We observed the show flat with better user experience sold much better than others despite high value.

Things moved on, years passed, User Experience evolution changed more from Product centric to Human-Centric.

Without a ton of visitors at the project site, we would really have anything to do?

I was also fortunate enough to formulate my research role the way I wanted, being in the marketing department of a Real Estate company.
Fast forward a year later, I developed myself as marketer having better UX research knowledge to lead the team as well as make it a process to deliver 10X of revenue post-delivery of our services. Thanks to my friends like Kishor & Sunny who are much better experienced in UX design and experts who have remarkably delivered products for large corporates in India.
